Getting a good snow workout
When there's a lot of snow on the ground, one way you can get a good workout with it is to walk or jog in it. Another is to spend 30 to 60 minutes shoveling your driveways and walkways. To reduce your strain, remove the top half of a pile of snow then remove the bottom half rather than placing the edge of your shovel all the way beneath the snow and scooping it up.
