I just wanted to share the one program that has helped me the most so far:

This program has the usual good stuff such as tips for a healthy diet and a pretty fun workout routine. What it does differently is that it adds some extremely neat tweaks and tricks I haven't seen anywhere else before and that I couldn't have figured out on own. That was the stuff that actually made me feel like I'm making progress.

While other programs are awesome, Frank Jaeger's BURST program was the only one to actually produce results for me
