Hey everyone,
So i want to get started in powerlifting and i have been in the gym for a few months already so I think i have a good base of muscle to start on. I have been reading and watching as many videos as I can and i found the stronglifts workout https://stronglifts.com/. Does anyone have any experience with using this or the app? I don't really want to buy something if i don't have to..
I also read something about "DUP" programing to help increase the results https://physiqz.com/powerlifting-programs/ but i am confused because I can't find anything on the stronglifts website for it. Does anyone know about this also?

Check out Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 program, it's pretty legit and easy to follow. But first, you have to get all your core lift 1RM because that will be the base of your cycles. Good luck!
