name is Kao and wanted to introduce myself.
I started going to the gym to cope with depression in 2013, and have been lifting weights for 5 years now.
I have started a passion project called “Lift Stories” to help others use fitness to create their own stories and become the best version of themselves, especially if you are a beginner. And I hope to build it into a community.
I really enjoy the mental growth aspect of fitness/lifting weights and want to help others experience the same life transformation with the experience and knowledge that I have attained.
