Hey guys, first off I'm new to this whole thing and I'm very sorry if this isn't the place to post this kind of thing.
I'm 6"9' tall guy, weighing around 220 pounds right now. I'm 21 years old, I've pretty much been skinny and slightly underweight all life. Been working crazy hours recently and started eating junk food and not sleeping well and all that jazz.

I want to get rid of it, also it motivated me to get in shape a bit, as you can see I got this breast defect aswell and from the side body looks super strange so I have decided to take care of myself a bit.
I planned on working out at home, I did this in the past to get in better shape, I basically do exercises (I try to do them properly) until I don't have any strength remaining in me, then I rest for a while and do it again all of the time I'm home
I'm trying to cut off all junk food (maybe I'll allow myself one cheat day) but I'm not sure if that will be enough. I never had a problem with food because I have a super fast metabolism in general but I guess it couldn't handle this amount of trashing
