I woke up migrainey this morning, and needed two doses of sumatriptan AND a 3 hr nap to feel normal again, so workout for today was just a 20 min. online combo of cardio and light weights this evening.

Wow, lots of walking and some strength for you, Bama--great job! Is that your PT Cruiser in the shop? Hope it wasn't anything major. We have been missing you, but I know it's harder to find time when you are with your family.
Sometimes when I'm stressed, nothing helps as much as exercise, Chris, but other times, it just feels like too much. You'll get back on track, I'm sure. But if you can't post unless you workout, you'd better get moving!

Yup, I don't mind being damp, Boss Man--in the old days when I used to run a lot, I used to love when it would start raining halfway into a summer run. Pure exhilaration!
