14/8/11

First week done, and using light as a light thing can be, weight wise! i have no pain.
So i shall keep it going as best as i can. Techinique is paramount. :D

Deadlift

2 x 20 Ab's
2 x 20 Ob's
All done ok, feel squat techinque is getting better, position on shoulders now very comfy.
First time doing the overhead press and got some lower back pain! must remember to clench those glutes!!!!
Deadlift felt very good indeed.....i fank u. :D

Stiff lower back, must tighten glutes.

Shoulders feel stiff, but in a good way, all going ok so far.
Stopped the upright cycle on the days off, i need to put a little weight on so more chicken breast.... :D

Hips foward, glutes tight, it's becoming more second nature, rather than thinking about then doing.

Chest up on the O/H press, elbows forward, and personal favourite, tighten those glutes.

Still slowly increasing the workout each time, so i'm quite happy. No injuries which is the main thing.

Steroid injections in the Shoulder don't sound great.

Good to see you're still perservering with things though.

On squat’s got to concentrate on pushing the floor out with feet, and keeping the knees out!!

I find it easier to use a staggered stance on overheads, it’s the right foot forward with me as it seems to give me greater control..

Happy to say that the pain in shoulder has now gone!! Slight stiffness in the morning but that is it…

2 off due to working late! And I really mean late, like 06:00 am to 03:00 am the following, I really love M.A.N truck…..ha!
