Havn't lost anymore weight, but have been active on wii and one night did a load of furniture shifting, cleaning and tidying in the sitting room. Have done over 6 hours on wii and aiming for 10 hours as first wii goal.
Have ordered some slimfast to be delivered tomorrow as struggling to find lunches, so I'll just have a proper tea with daughter and breakfast.
Well, I am keeping at it which is the main thing :P

Proper lunches are easy peasy to do, if you have no access to a stove or grill..

Things like Microwave soups, beans and rice dishes; chicken, turkey, ham or beef from a packet and other meat products like tongue, corned beef and salami; chicken breasts cooked all at once on a Sunday night, boiled eggs, low fat cheese, yoghurt, whole-grain bread, toast, sandwiches, nuts, peanuts, fruit, including cucumber and tomatos, vegetables like pineapple, celery sticks, raw carrot and lettuce.

Those can be a meal or some combined ot make a meal, so no real need for those mediocre Slimfast things :).
