Stay strong and keep believing, because even with a slight knee problem, you can still try to train the upper body and if you could even do some lower body stuff without weights that's better than nothing.

Serious injuries do require a layoff, but minor ones are effectively things you can try to find a tolerance level with and work just within that tolerance level and keep testing it each time, to see how much better you can be, because it makes it easier to get back to a previous level when you've lost less of the improvement you made, than if you'd not done anything to target certain sections or all of your body.
