This is going to be a journal I keep for daily routine. Feel free to read and comment frankly thats why Im posting workout here in the first place. There are a few things you need to know about me, first wife was recently diagnosed with breast cancer, second Im a pretty avid martial artist and have been for a couple years now and the last thing you need to know is that I have very very limited resources in the first place and in the second place Im a minimalist to the extreme so most of what you see me doing is with very little equipment in fact I own one barbell and two dumbells with a small weight stack.
Lets keep it mellow here please dont start off topic disagreements on workout thread. with all that said Im going to get the ball rolling here.

Heres a type of template Ive been useing for the last two years now.

Warm up and stretch

Martial arts techniques 2 strikes, 2 kicks . 2 blocks 2x10

1. strength training 1-12 sets rep range of 5-15
2. cardio exorcize 1-4 sets x1-4 min each set
3.core exorcize 1-4 sets x1-4 min each set
4.shadow boxing 1-4 rounds x2 min each set

Ok thats it in a nutshell, I should explain that I dont do things in a specific order all the time so I mix it up. Any part of the routine can be omitted when and if I cant/shouldnt do it. I try to work out five days a week mon-fri and take the weekend off.
I try to alternate upper and lower body days and sometimes I jog after I workout on those days I only do eight sets total from regular workout.

Heres workout from saturday Jan 10 2015

1.warm up and stretch
2. martial arts techniques

3.push ups 3x20
4.squat to millitary press 3x15 85 pounds
5. deadlift to upright row 3x15 85 pounds

6.plank 1x1min
7. bend and reach 1x2min
8. med ball drops 1x30 12 pounds
9.shadow boxing 1x2 min
10. set ups 1x35
11. lying leg raise 1x2 min
12. med ball drops 1x30 12 pounds
13.shadow box 1x2 min
14.plank 1x1min
15. bend and reach 1x2 min
16. med bal drops 1x30 12 pounder
17. shadow box 1x2 min.
