Hi all, just stopping in to say "Hey, ya'll . Still got a little southern accent .

Nothing new here . I have just realized that I lead a boring life. LOL . That's ok cause when I was younger and the children still at home and I worked I was very busy each day. Now am enjoying tv , books and what ever I like to do , when I want and how I want.

Still going to the Y and enjoying that and still working out at home .

sister in law from Michigan has moved back to Ohio and I do like that . It's nice to have family here. She is the only one on side and Husbands that is here . Just got thru talking to her .

Chris looks like you are doing good on your walking and Sue you too on your workouts.

Gotta keep the body moving or it will rust . :D

We are finally having some warmer weather but looks very gloomy today .

Keep the emails coming Sue and thank you for them.

Later ; time to some lunch for hubby .

Bama, glad you have family that moved back and enjoy the time with them. life isn't very exciting either Bama so don't feel bad. Boring is good at our age, too much stuff makes it "not fun" LOL

I see you are still going to the Y and doing at home workouts too....kudos to you.

Chris you are doing awesome with the walking....keep it up and sorry about the weather for you. Hope it gets nice again soon. Kudos on not taking the car instead.

Well it's now 4:42 a.m. so I will give sleep another try, still itchy but will see. If so will go and read book again. I got all stuff done on the computer so won't have it to do in the a.m.

Have a nice Wednesday ladies....

Chris, I slept some Saturday night, and I believe I slept Friday night. Hard to keep track of nights I sleep. The fans and a/c are not friend this time of year and so it seems I better get used to it. It isn't going to change.....the melatonin works some nights and not others.

Keep up the get walks and workouts.

Well off to do comics and other stuff. Then will go curl up in chair as the fan is on in the bedroom and on the HIGH setting....so not going in there. I will just grab pillow and curl up in chair (or better word is crunch myself) LOL

Hope your Monday goes well and the remainder of your week too.

Hi All,
Edit for yesterday, I did not make it to yoga. :( The kids had a bunch of homework so I had to choose between yoga and bagpipes. And still I was with one kid doing homework until ten.
Today May 28 two 20 minute walks and one 45 minute walk. Lots of sunshine today :sunshine: so I and taking advantage of it.
Have a great day all!

I thought you women could multitask. So why not combine tthe two things? Play the bagpipes whilst you're doing some supermans, or if you've got one hand free maybe downward dog bagpipes .
