Hey Everyone!
So I recently started adding weights again to workouts. I used to do free weights/use machines @ the gym/BodyPump.
Now I'm just using free weights/resistance bands/weight ball.
I don't really feel like I'm getting a good workout for back/shoulder/chest area. I am rarely ever sore but I am during working out with those muscles. I have a pain condition too and I can't get them sore haha.
I don't work them often either but after seeing some girls with awesome back/shoulder/chest muscles I need to do this.
Anyone have any good exercises that I can do and how many times and such?
I guess you can say I'm new at the whole weights thing so I want to find a good routine.
Also I was wondering if you do the exercises slower would it be more effective? I don't have access to a gym right now so I only have limited equipment.
Thanks!
