Here is a great HITT workout. I like to come up with a new one every three weeks. I am doing this one currently. It is Thursday workout – I do it on Thursdays for 3 consecutive weeks. The goal is each week to do better – rest less!!!!!!!
I do this one on a basketball court, indoor with nice padding:
10 burpees
20 mountain climbers
15 towel crunches
Sprint – two lengths of the basketball court
(NO REST BETWEEN THSE 4 EXERCISES – completing all 4 in a row constitutes 1 round)
Rest – 60 seconds (Week 2 – 45 seconds; Week 3 – 30 seconds)
Repeat 6 Rounds

Re: A POWER HITT WORKOUT
The place I go to has limited weights and machines; this workout is great for me.
I get great in some cardio and have been meaning to incorporate more plyo/explosive exercises into workouts!
Best part yet is that I can adjust the number of sets I do; making it flexible and easy, especially when I am strapped for time.
Thanks Larry Weltman for creating the workout. I am excited to see what you come up with next so keep em' coming!
Cheers,
Mike
