Hi Everyone! I have been working out at gym for many many years. I've noticed that I'm holding shoulders upwards and the muscles are tight.What could be causing this tightness? Is this from using the Roman Chair? I bend knees up to chest for 3 sets of 12 reps on it. Any suggestions how to alleviate it?

I'm not entirely sure what you mean. Do you mean the tightness occurs when you raise your shoulders so your arms are straight out in front of you or to the side of you, or do you mean the shoulders may be raising upwards as a knock on effect to from one or more exercises you're doing?
