I’ve been trying to get fit for a few years now and I’ve tried a number of exercises for intensive cardio to just plain walking. While I do enjoy exercise it’s tough for me to find those that I can do without knees causing me pain as I had a horse riding accident when I was younger and have since not been able to put much pressure on knees which counts out high impact excise like running. On good days I can use exercise bike/cross trainer but only for short times. Anyone with suggestions or experiance with workouts that I could do would be greatly appreciated.

Have you considered using a recumbent exercise bike, as you won't be loadbearing a lot of bodyweight onto your knees.
