Two Legs Calf Stretch

Hi,

Usually I do calf stretch against a wall like this image:

Instead of pushing one leg backward as in the above image, I am thinking about pushing both legs to stretch both calves simultaneously somehow like this image:

When I tried it, I found that it also incorporates probably the whole posterior chain in addition to the hands. So basically I think it is probably better. But I am not sure, that is why I ask.

What are the pros and cons of pushing both legs simultaneously while doing calf stretch against a wall?

I would say there is less benefit, as pushing one at time could allow you to stretch the working leg more easily than two at a time and it would make your body position more stable.
