That's always the issue with rat studies, it depends on what dose of something they get.

1. If you give them human sized doses, it's likely to cause some kind of toxicity or fatal outcome, whereas it remains inconclusive if that amount would cause no harm to humans, or or just take longer for the same outcome to happen.

The thing is it then becomes about how much cell exposure a human gets compared to a rat and what the cells can tolerate.

2. If the rat gets a scaled down dose, that I imagine might be based on lean tissue mass relative to the average amount of human lean tissue mass, then it could mean the same effect in a rat could be replicated in a human.

Not too much progress. Muscle seem a little more defined. veins have become a lot more visible since last update.

10 weeks is up. I start at new school tomorrow. I want to continue improving, but I want to focus a little more on cutting down body fat. I haven't been doing cardio, so I think I will start running.

Your changes in ten weeks are very noticeable, congrats!

Add in some cardio and you will see even more!

Be proud of that, because it shows you care about yourself to some extent. It is a long process just like it is for anyone, because even when you reahc the goal, you're still lockied into a lifetime of physical self preservation and the real challenge is not to get there, but to stay there :).
