Most of that is probably water retention, because if you significantly cut salt from your diet, that would promote water loss, as excess salt can promote water retention and fluid build up in the legs, also known as edema.
This isn't meant to discourage as you will have probably gotten a little fat loss and may continue to do so after your water levels level out.
