I plan on training at home and I eat normaly, trying to avoid too much sugar.

In regards to home traIning you could try this, as I've posted it before.
Squats, 2 sets, 10 reps
Lunges, 2 sets, 10 reps
Good Mornings, 2 sets, 10 reps
Bent over Rows, 2 sets, 10 reps
Vertical Flyes, 2 sets, 10 reps
Shrugs, 2 sets, 10 reps
Planks 30 seconds.
You would do that 3x a week every other day.
As for eating normally what does that entail, as I've no real idea, hence why I asked you about the sort of times you eat food what sort of foods you eat at those times.
