from 350 to 225 to 290

Post by kylegraves90 »

So I was 350 then I went to 225. I stopped working out for a while and went back to 290. I'm back in the gym though and not stopping ever again. I miss being 225 but I think I was too skinny. Your opinions?

Hi Kyle, good to talk to you.

Firstly 225 isn't skinny, it's just your own perception of it I think because you were used to being 350, so you lost 125 lbs. nice job by the way.

You would have been skinny as you put it, if you'd gone down to something like 140lbs.

Looking at that bottom pic, I noticed that blusher compact on the left, but I'm guessing you don't use it

Just remember that you did get where you want to be again. It's not about chiding yourself for what was and what became after that, it's about knowing you did what you did and you CAN do ti again.

GOOD LUCK and keep us posted if you need anything else or want to ask anything else, because that's what we're here for.

Lol yeah that's not blusher . But yeah I'm in the gym 6 days a week but it seems like it's going so much slower thisntime. It's probably because I'm trying to put on muscle this.time too. I'm lifting a lot of weights and taking creatine

Congrats on dropping the weight the first time. Now that you've done it once, you know that it's possible, so you can do it again. Rather than beat yourself up for gaining weight again, think about everything you did the first time and how good it felt to have a healthier life and body. That will inspire you. Keep going and good luck!
