The dog was able to run around and snarl at me and the good samaritan, who stopped to help. Actually 3 people drove AROUND me as I stood in the road, bleeding, signaling for help. The 4th car I actually stepped in front of to make her stop. So yes ... I guess the dog was OK.

Wow great job on the weight loss! Sorry to hear about your crash! I think if you ride regularly its just a matter of time before you have a spill. I know i've had share of them! I hope your collarbone heals quickly and painlessly!

Fab results there. Sorry about the setback.

Ill make you feel better. The last time i was on a bike i was 12 and ran into an old lady. I knocked her right over a hedge. She got up and hit me with a walking stick.

I went home, gave bike to sister and since then the only bike i have been on is ex's motorbike and stationary ones in the gym.

By the way the old lady was fine and she is still around giving me 'if looks could kill' eyes 15 years later. :?

Update: The first 4 weeks I mostly laid on the couch with a few spins on the exersice bike. At 6 weeks I was cleared to PT. The clavicle is fully healed with no deformity. I do have a grade2 seperation though. I'm back to full workout, with about 75% of old weights, and cardio routine now a little over 2 months. Not bad for 47. Also the shoulder seperation is not painful just uncomfortable, but it did cure the AC arthritis.
