WANT TO LOSE 20 LBS?????
It is so hard I lose 5 lbs all wk and then gain on wkends with kids what do I do please help......any advice would help.

morning cofee from dunkin dounuts lunch tuna fish some vegetable chips and apple...at dinner fish fillet another cofee or tea with milk. on wkend eat junk junk food with kids yikes not good I know but think am emothional eater. I go to gym and run on treadmill everyday for 30-45min and gain all weight on wkends ugrh feel like a cirle...

Excellent outlook and advice Brent! I think so many of us miss this important part of overall health and fitness. I've never thought of it like that..."be happy with how you are now, then change the things you can..."
