Week of January 4th to January 10th

Monday

B : French vanilla yogurt with a cup of tea, AB: 1 glass of water; 0 Lifesavers Lunch: Slice of Provolone on 2 slices Oroweat bread toasted with potato chips on it; and more chips on the side and glass of ice tea; 1 glass of water; 3 Lifesaver candies; Dinner: Campbell's Chunky Savory Pot roast soup over penne pasta, and a glass of ice tea; AD- Cup of Hot Chocolate with vanilla creamer; glass of ice tea, 2 Lifesaver candies; D: Orange ice pop; BT - 1 glass of water

Tuesday......

B : Mixed blueberry yogurt; AB: 1 glass of water; 3 Lifesavers Lunch: Slice of Provolone on 2 slices Oroweat bread toasted with potato chips on it; and more chips on the side and glass of ice tea; 3 Lifesaver candies; Dinner: Tortellin's with tomato sauce, and a glass of ice tea; AD- Cup of Hot Chocolate; ; glass of ice tea, 3 Lifesaver candies; D: Small ice cream cup chocolate; BT - 1 glass of water

Wednesday

B: Red Raspberry Yoplait yogurt; Lunch: 2 Slices of Provolone on 2 slices Oroweat bread toasted with potato chips on it; and more chips on the side and glass of ice tea; Dinner: Angel hair pasta with clams and tomato sauce, glass of ice tea; AD: Cup of Hot Chocolate; Glass of ice tea; 0 Lifesaver candies; D: Not sure yet; BT - 1 glass of water

Thursday vacuuming

B: Yoplait Mountain blueberry yogurt, and a cup of tea and OJ; AB: 1 glass of water; 3 Lifesavers Lunch: 2 Slices of Provolone on 2 slices Oroweat bread toasted with potato chips on it; and more chips on the side and glass of ice tea; AL: Glass of water, 3 Lifesaver candies; Dinner: Little pizza's on English muffins with Galbani cheese and tomato sauce and 4 slices of pepperoni on mine, 2 slices on each half, glass of ice tea; AD - Cup of coffee with creamer ; 1 glass of ice tea, 0 Lifesaver candies; D: Don't know yet; BT - 1 glass of water, glass of ice tea;


Friday

Wash day for clothes

B: Yoplait lemon yogurt, and a cup of tea; AB: 1 glass of water; 3 Lifesavers Lunch: 2 slices of Provolone cheese, on 2 slices of Oroweat Italian bread toasted with a bit of mustard on the bread with 5 potato chips on side and two small ones on the top of cheese, and glass of ice tea; AL: Glass of water, 3 Lifesaver candies Dinner: Campbell's New England Clam Chowder, glass of ice tea; AD - Cup of coffee with creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 3 Lifesaver candies; D: Orange pop; BT - 1 glass of water

Saturday

Clean the bathrooms and washes to do

B; French vanilla yogurt; AB: 1 glass of water; 3 Lifesavers; Lunch: Slice of Oroweat Italian bread toasted with 2 slices of Provolone cheese and a little mustard on the bread, some Lay's potato chips and glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water; 0 Lifesaver candies; Dinner: Egg salad sandwich , glass of ice tea; glass of ice tea; AD - Cup of coffee with creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 Lifesaver candies; Bedtime - 1 glass of water

Sunday -

Clean sheets on the bed ...

B - Muffin with some margarine and cinnamon sugar, cup of tea, and glass of milk; AB - 1 glass of water; Sun Snack: 8 Lays Potato chips, slice of Provolone, glass of ice tea; 1 glass of water; 4 Lifesaver candies; D: Little pizza's with Galbani mozzarella cheese melted on an English muffin with a little sauce, glass of ice tea; AD - Cup of coffee with creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 0 Lifesaver candies; D: Not sure yet; Bedtime - 1 glass of water
