Yeah, I'll consider that later on, but seeing as I had already eaten breakfast by the time I wrote this up for today, I didn't really think of how carb-heavy the meal was. I re worked it a little so there is no pineapple today and I put a protein shake with granola bar and I'm going to have that after I workout tonight. Thanks for pointing that out to me though! c:

So I haven't been around much. This is because Imve been SUPER busy and I haven't been eating too well, I keep forgetting to eat or I snack a bunch. No happy medium there, I also havenmt had any time for working out unless I start completely cutting out relax time and time to spend with other people. I have tutoring job, got a job at Old Navy now too, I also have two studio classes which means lots of outside work and Japanese and Animation History Classes are pretty labour intensive as well. Imm so stressed out and I know health is suffering for it. I'm also struggling financially and stressing out trying to find ways to save money. I've been pretty crazy lately. I make healthy choices when I can, I havenmt been over eating and I've been taking lunch with me when I go to classes all day Monday and Wednesday. body image is probably at an all time low and I don't really know what to do about it since I donmt really have time to actually have ME time to figure myself out. Overall, life is shite right now and I hope it gets beter soon. It doesn't seem like Imll ever really catch a break. Good things happen only when accompanied by bad things; however, bad things seem to just happen all on their own a lot of the time. In any case, there's a pathetic litttle update for you guys so you don't think I've died or something...

Try to break down the days into segments.

So don't look at it as today I didn't work out, I didn't eat too well and I snacked; try keeping a pre-set brief record, of what each day will look like after every 1-2 hours, because then you can analyse what is happening throughout the day, instead of heaping the negatives into a big fat negative.

When you have each 1-2 hour time period listed on the schedule and what happens during that time, you can then workout what things are missing from the day, regards eating and training, insert in the most feasible points, what additional things could be added in and plan it like that.

Include any relevant stuff like morning hygeine period, time for people, studies, work, etc.

Try to workout how you might improve, I.E. having a good snack whilst on the way to work or coming back, simply by eating whilst walking or eating whilst on a bus or train, assuming you don't cycle.

Try to define more of the time you use, so rather than see some parts of the day as trivial bits, try to view them as possible windows of opportunity, by working out what bits of mundane time, can be reallocated into more productive moments.

As an example, I used to sometimes have Protein shakes on a bus. I would have the tub of powder ready to go, the beaker with water in it and then fill it up on the bus and drink it, simply because I didn't want the shake straight after an evening workout, because it was too soon after a previous meal, but when I did have it, it was around 30 minutes later and better for me, as I could have it when I wanted, not when I got home, which was sometimes a bit later than intended if transport issues occured sometimes.

As long as a bus or train does not have "no eating" signs on it, you're fine, or you can eat say a sandwich while you walk, or an Oat Granola or a portion of low fat Cheese wrapped in sellophane and straight out of the tupperware, as examples, because it shouldn't make you feel weird or strange, walking and eating, as many people do it; admittedly with pastries or other very poor quality foods a lot of the time.

So try breaking down your days into 1-2 hour time periods, so you can be more analytical and more able to workout where you might fit additional food and exercise into the mix and perhaps keep the 7 daily schedules in a notepad for reference, just incase you have trouble remembering things.

You might socialise with friends, but could you have a pre-prepared snack around 1-2 hours after meeting up, whilst still with them? They shouldn't mind unless you were watching a movie, and were subjected to either eating after the movie, or eating the cinemas either bland or unhealthy choices often at ramped up prices, becasue you couldn't eat your own food inside.

So try analysing each day and partition it in to little time periods, to see where things you want to do but don't do enough, could be slotted in and try to think more about how to use time you have, in ways you perhaps have not thought of before.

This might help you.

One problem with that, I don't really have time to sit and plan out every moment of day, even when I planned food in the morning for the rest of the day, I'd break plan and end up screwing up. I feel like unless I'm a hundred percent accountable to someone else, I'll never get this. :/ I'm seriously considering trying weightloss pills or something like that. I know they're almost never a good idea, but I'm so sick of being stuck... In other news, I fucked up today because I got no homework done, instead I was an idiot and went and spent money and then dyed hair (proof). Granted I think I will feel a little better about myself with hair back to a colour that I prefer, but it was still a really bad idea for me to spend money at all. I've also been relying on coffee a lot lately to help me get through classes and getting work done because I'm so thoroughly exhausted. I keep oversleeping which stresses me out even more. I need to find some sort of quick and easy stress relief. I'll see what I can do though, Boss.

I understand it's difficult and I appreciate that. Whatever you can do you must and we both know that and I know you're not flannelling me or anyone else saying these things.

GOOD LUCK and kepe trying to do the best you can, because we all care about you and want you to be happy, but also healthy and successful too :)

If your tight on money… don’t buy those diet pills… if you really look at the ingredients it’s all coffee!! And you’re already drinking tons of it.

And… if you don’t have time to plan your meals… try your very best to pick the best meals… A lot of fast food have salad and grilled chicken (don’t add dressing) or simple student stores or liquor stores have wheat turkey sandwich instead of eating pizza or burrito. I’m just saying… if you cannot pack your meals, have better choices when you do eat.

I do pack lunches when I have class days. But the other days of the week, it's a crazy mess of running from work to other job, to a student organization meeting, to home to do homework and I often don't eat until later in the evening and then I eat something terrible because I'm too tired to cook or really care.

As a short update on the weightloss itself, I gained a few pounds, I'm up to 243 now. Also, I oversleopt again today, I woke up 5 minutes before shift started at work. :/ I ended up being about 10 minutes late... On first REAL shift. :/

So I've only eaten a banana, a venti frapp, and a little pasta today... :/ I need to eat tonight affter I'm done tutoring, but I'm going to the gym tonight too. The scary thing, I don't feel hungry, I feel nauseous and sleepy and the sleepy is because I've been up since 6. :( Also, I think I may be becoming addicted to coffee. :( Which I don't like. Days that I don't have coffee, I donmt feel as good as days I do, I get grumpy and I snap at people and I get stressed and anxious and depressed.

Forget the Coffee then, becasue if you're off it, it will make your moods potentially level out. The Coffee is doing you no davours and it's purely the Caffeine, so things like Red Bull and other Guarana based drinks won't help, as Guarana is a Caffeine carrier.

If you need the added energy, try things like Powerade perhaps and see how that kind of things works out.

The Caffeine in your Coffee will just block some of your Iron intake, potentially reducing the levels of Erythrocytes, (Red Blood Cells) and also constrict bloodvessels, so you'll potentially get less Oxygen content and flow in the bloodstream, which is no good for the brain and muscles, in the context of studying and training and less Erythrocytes will increase Anemia risk.

I'm sincerely not lecturing you about Coffee, just making you aware of things it might do to you. If you can overcome the Coffee, before it gets a real grip on you all the better, because you'll regulate your moods better without it.

You might experience heartburn and stomach ulcers too, as Caffeine does that sometimes.
