still eating pritty much the same as above
and have started 5 days a week cardio at the gym for a full hour
still o change on the scales yet ?
its been about 2 weeks
normaly do 20 mins treadmill
20 mins cross trainer
10 mins bike
10 mins rower
tottal calories burnt going by the machine things you hold onto added up i am burning around 500 calories
a seshion but heard not to rely on them thing
and on a mon wed fri i do full body work out aswell
