How did you manage to post and commit to a phone meeting at the same time? Would that not affect the more pressing task in hand?

Thanks Chris.

no a bunch of people were on. A lot of it was old news. They like me at work. But i REALLy do miss old manager. She was so easygoing and laid back. It was a pleasure to have her as a boss. :(

I felt upset about something today. Nothing to do with fitness and health. But it just makes me more determined to focus on goals though. both with fitness and health, and career wise. I did however cave and have a free pepsi that was coming to me. Try Try again.

Fat-to-Fit I am sorry that you felt upset. I hope it goes by and you are stronger for it. You made it through 13 great days. The next 13 will be easier and you can do it! :D

I have been drinking soda this past week.. I want to start again soda free. I found a flavored water granted it might not be the healthiest but i think it might substitute for soda when i need it. It is aquafina raspberry splash. I will try though to drink plain water for the most part. or with a little lemonade in it.

Today i am at 93 mg. I do have a headache but don't think caffeine is the cause. this weekend i will but it down so by Tuesday i will be at no soda again. I know i'm a broken record. i do want to quit. I think for me substitutions is the key for binge eating and soda habit.

Day 1

Post by fat-to-fit »

I've lost track of how much water i've drank it's at least 10 so far probably 12 or more by bedtime. i go to bed early just fyi.

Tomorrow is day 1 of no soda once again. :funny:

The flavored water is perfect for those times i have a craving for soda. I prefer regular ice cold water for the most part but it does come in handy in those moments when i want something else. See how it goes this time.

By the way what does mr green, mean?? I've always taken it to be kind of a sheepish smile but i don't really know what it means.
