NO WORKOUT TIRED FROM NO SLEEP THE NIGHT BEFORE PLUS GOT ENOUGH OF RLW DURING THE DAY

NO CANDIES OR LOZENGES DUE TO MOUTH PAIN

B: Slice of split top white bread toasted with a little Kraft cream cheese, along with a cup of tea and milk in OJ glass; AB: Glass of ice coffee with a little Coffee Mate vanilla creamer; 1 glass of water; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; Lunch: Slice of Monterey Jack cheese (block) on a slice of toasted wheat bread and a slice on the side, and a portion of Delmonte Light Sliced peaches (15 oz), all diced up, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: (1/4 slice of Frittata (made with 6 eggs with 3/4 cup milk), and 1/3 cup of Mexican style blend cheese topped with peppercorn melody and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and Colby/Monterey Jack cheese/mozzarella, with a thin slice of French bread with a little Country Crock margarine on the side and glass of ice tea; AD - cup of coffee with a little milk and sugar; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (2) Pepperidge Farms Milano Raspberry chocolate cookies; BT - 1 glass of water

Morning workout Windsor Pilates 20 Minute workout and evening workout WHW Lift More, Lose More 15 Minute workout (Dead lift to High Pull, Curl to lunge press, Triceps Extension and Chest Press and fly (4 sets of 10 reps);

NO CANDIES OR LOZENGES DUE TO MOUTH PAIN

B: Serving of Kellogg's Rice Crispies cereal with a little milk and topped with 12 blueberries, a cup of tea and milk in OJ glass AB: Glass of ice coffee with a little Coffee Mate vanilla creamer; 1 glass of water; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; Lunch for this week: Slice of Monterey Jack cheese (block) on a slice of toasted wheat bread and a slice on the side, and a portion of Delmonte Light Sliced peaches (15 oz), all diced up, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: (1) Johnsonville Italian sausage sliced, 2 teaspoons of diced potatoes, 2 red, green, orange and yellow peppers diced and a sprinkle of Parmesan/ Monterey Jack /Mozzarella cheeses in a tortilla, topped with home made hot sauce (Tapatio sauce and Heinz ketchup), glass of ice; glass of ice tea; AD - cup of coffee with a little milk and sugar; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (1) Little Debbie Cocoa Cream; BT - 1 glass of water

B - 1/2 Plain bagel toasted with a little Kraft cream cheese, 1 cup of tea, and 2 glasses of OJ, glass of milk; AB - 1 glass of water and 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; S- 25 Pretzel sticks for sodium intake, handful of popcorn, 1 ounce snack pack of Doritos (nacho cheese), slice of Provolone cheese, glass of ice tea; 1 glass of water; D - Barilla spaghetti with Hot Italian sausage crumbled into dinner, oregano and basil seasonings and topped with a can of tomato sauce, pepper and 2 teaspoons of Parmesan/Romano cheese with a small heel and a small slice of Italian bread with a little Country crock margarine, glass of ice; AD - cup of coffee with a little milk and sugar; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (2) Pepperidge Farms Milano Raspberry chocolate cookies; Bedtime - 1 glass of water

B: English muffin toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, along with a cup of tea and milk in OJ glass(OJ was back to making mouth burn); AB: Glass of ice coffee with a little Coffee Mate vanilla creamer; 1 glass of water; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge Lunch: Slice of Monterey Jack cheese (block) on a slice of toasted wheat bread and a slice on the side, and a portion of a 15 oz can of Delmonte Northwest Pear Halves (Bartlett pears in extra light syrup,) all diced up, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 lozenge; 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: (1/4 slice of Frittata (made with 6 eggs with 3/4 cup milk), and 1/3 cup of Mexican style blend cheese and topped with a slice of Swiss cheese with a thin slice of French bread with a little Country Crock margarine on the side and glass of ice tea; AD - cup of coffee with a little milk and sugar; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: 1 Little Debbie Cinnamon Streusel cake; BT - 1 glass of water;
