B: Special K vanilla almond cereal with a little milk, a cup of tea and OJ. AB: Glass of ice coffee with a little sugar and vanilla creamer; 1 glass of water; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; Lunch: For this week: Chicken of the Sea tuna (4 oz can) mixed with lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil with 25 small half slices of Lindsay black olives, diced pepper strips (4 each) of red, green, orange and yellow, 2 scallions diced up, Oregano, and black pepper on a slice of wheat bread toasted and a portion of Delmonte pears, all diced up, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: (1) Gorton's Grilled Wild Salmon fillet (3.15 ounces) over a bed of orzo (1/4 cup) with diced peppers (2 each of red, green, orange and yellow), 2 small scallions diced and all mixed with a splash of olive oil and lemon with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese, with a slice of French bread toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, glass of ice tea; AD - Cup of coffee with a little milk and sugar; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (2) Pepperidge Farms Milano lemon chocolate cookies; BT - 1 glass of water

B: 1/2 plain bagel toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, along with a cup of tea, glass of OJ; AB: 1 glass of water; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge Lunch: For this week: Chicken of the Sea tuna (4 oz can) mixed with lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil with 25 small half slices of Lindsay black olives, diced pepper strips (4 each) of red, green, orange and yellow, 2 scallions diced up, Oregano, and black pepper on a slice of wheat bread toasted and a portion of Delmonte pears, all diced up, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 lozenge; 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: (2.5 ounces) of Egg noodles with half of one package of McCormick's brown gravy (mixed with 1 1/2 cup of water topped with salt and pepper, and 2 teaspoons of Parmesan/Romano cheese, with a sprinkle of salt, pepper, onion powder and basil, with a small slice of French bread toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of coffee with a little milk and sugar; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (1) Little Debbie Cinnamon Streusel cake; BT - 1 glass of water;

B: Slice of French bread toasted with a little margarine, a cup of tea and OJ; AB: 1 glass of water (shared w/DH) and 1/2 bottle of water (12 oz) with DH; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge Lunch: For this week: Chicken of the Sea tuna (4 oz can) mixed with lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil with 25 small half slices of Lindsay black olives, diced pepper strips (4 each) of red, green, orange and yellow, 2 scallions diced up, Oregano, and black pepper on a slice of wheat bread toasted and a portion of Delmonte pears, all diced up, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: Michelina's manicotti topped with a little pepper and 2 teaspoons of Parmesan cheese, and a slice of Italian bread and a small heel with a little Country crock margarine and Parmesan/Romano cheese, glass of ice; AD - cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of ice tea and 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; D: 2 Pepperidge Farm Milano orange/chocolate cookies; BT - 1 glass of water

B: Slice of split top white bread toasted with a little cream cheese and jelly, 1 cup tea and OJ; AB: Glass of ice coffee with a little Coffee Mate vanilla creamer; glass of water and 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; Don't do a regular lunch on Saturday but a handful of popcorn, 25 Pretzel sticks for sodium intake, glass of ice tea; AL: - 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: (1/4 slice of Frittata (made with 5 eggs with 3/4 cup milk), 2 teaspoons of diced peppers (green, yellow, red), and 1/3 cup of Mexican blend cheese topped with peppercorn melody and with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and Mexican blend cheese and a sprinkle of mozzarella, small slice of French bread toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of coffee with a little milk and sugar; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: 2 Pepperidge Farm Milano chocolate cookies; 2 butterscotch candies, Bedtime: 1 glass of water

B - 1/2 plain bagel toasted with a little Kraft cream cheese, 1 cup of tea, and 2 glasses of OJ, glass of milk; AB - 1 glass of water and 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; S- 25 Pretzel sticks for sodium intake, handful of popcorn, slice of Provolone cheese, glass of ice tea; 1 glass of water; D - Barilla Medium shells with Hot Italian sausage pieces mixed in 1/2 can of tomato sauce with oregano and basil topped with a can of tomato sauce, and 3 teaspoons of Parmesan/Romano cheese with a thin slice of Italian bread with a little Country Crock margarine, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of coffee with a little milk and sugar; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (2) Pepperidge Farms Milano Raspberry chocolate cookies; Bedtime - 1 glass of water

NO WORKOUT WAS EXHAUSTED AND TIRED FROM TRIP OUT

B: 1/2 plain bagel toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, along with a cup of tea, glass of OJ; AB: 1 glass of water (shared w/hubby waiting for Handyride); 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge Lunch: For this week: Slice of Munster cheese on a slice of wheat bread toasted with a little mustard, NO FRUIT DOCTOR'S APPT INSTEAD 2 MINI BAGS OF REGULAR M & M'S, bottle of ice tea; AL: 1 lozenge; 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: Little pizza's (an English muffin each half topped with 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella 1/4 cup shredded Mexican blend with a pinch of Parmesan with a sprinkle of onion powder, oregano and pepper with a little sauce on the bottom and some on the top (1 8 ounce can between 2 people with rest put in pot with one 8 oz can also cooking with added pepper, onion powder and oregano) to top pizza's with sauce;, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of coffee with a little milk and sugar; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (2) Pepperidge Farm Milano cookies; BT - 1 glass of water

***Had to change workout this a.m., as body is as stiff as a board LOL so need a good stretching of back, legs, arms etc and Mari's 20 minute Pilates is a good one for that
