STILL NO CANDY OR LOZENGES

B: Slice of French bread toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, and a cup of tea and OJ AB: Cup of coffee with a little milk; 1 glass of water; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; Lunch: Trans Ocean Crab Classic Imitation Crab (a blend of premium wild caught Alaska Pollock and King Crab Meat (4 oz) mixed with lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil with 25 small half slices of Lindsay black olives, diced pepper strips (3 each) of red, green, orange and red, and a sprinkle of California onion powder, Oregano, and black pepper on a slice of wheat bread, and a portion of Dole Light Mandarin oranges (15 oz), diced up, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: Johnsonville Hot Italian sausage (82 grams) with (4 each) green and red pepper strips and 2 each yellow and orange pepper strips diced, and topped with a sprinkle of Monterey Jack cheese/Mozzarella/Parmesan cheese in a tortilla, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of Hot Chocolate with French vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: Ding Dong; BT - 1 glass of water

B: Slice of split top white bread toasted with Philadelphia cream cheese and Smucker's Grape Jelly, 1 cup tea and OJ; AB: Cup of coffee with a little milk; glass of water and 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; Lunch: Don't do a regular lunch on Saturday but a handful of popcorn, 25 Pretzel sticks for sodium intake, 6 Lay's potato chips, slice of Swiss cheese, glass of ice tea; AL: - 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: Scrambled eggs in a tortilla topped with a sprinkle of parmesan/Monterey jack/mozzarella shredded cheese and top with homemade hot sauce, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of Hot Chocolate with French vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (2) Pepperidge Farm Milano chocolate cookies; 2 butterscotch candies, Bedtime: 1 glass of water

Weigh in today holding steady at 113 lbs again this week

B - 1/2 plain bagel toasted with a little Country Crock margarine and cinnamon sugar, 1 cup of tea, and 2 glasses of OJ, glass of milk; AB - 1 glass of water and 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; S- 25 Pretzel sticks for sodium intake, handful of popcorn, 8 Ruffles potato chips, slice of Provolone cheese, glass of ice tea; 1 glass of water; D - NEW YEAR'S EVE DINNER: (2 slices from 8 slice pizza) Homemade Pizza (homemade crust) topped with 8 ounces of tomato sauce, 4 ounces of Sargento Chef Blends 6 Cheese Italian (shredded natural mozzarella, smoked provolone, Romano, Fontina, Asiago & Parmesan Cheese), Kraft mozzarella cheese(6 ounces) and 3 ounces of parmesan cheese, Gallo pepperoni (30 slices over whole pizza, 20 small Lindsay black olive halves), a little Pompeian Extra Virgin olive oil, oregano seasoning, California onion powdwer with parsley, basil) and topped with salt, pepper, and a teaspoon of Romano/parmesan cheese on top, small glass of Beringer's white zinfandel, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of Hot Chocolate with French vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (2) Pepperidge Farms Milano Raspberry chocolate cookies; Bedtime - 1 glass of water
