STILL NO CANDY OR LOZENGES

Walking for 15 minutes (doing walking since workers are coming to stuff)

B: Rice crispies with 14 blueberries and a little milk, and a cup of tea and OJ. AB: Cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of water; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; Lunch: Hard boiled egg sliced with some salt and pepper and a little ketchup on a slice of wheat bread, and a portion of Dole Light Mandarin oranges (15 oz), diced up, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: (1) Gorton's Grilled Wild Salmon fillet (3.15 ounces) over a bed of orzo (1/4 cup) with diced peppers (2 each of red, green, orange and yellow), and all mixed with a splash of olive oil and lemon with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, with a slice of French bread toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of Hot Chocolate with French vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (2) Pepperidge Farms Milano orange chocolate cookies; BT - 1 glass of water

B: 2 slices of Oroweat Italian bread toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, along with a cup of tea, glass of OJ; AB: Cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of water, 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; Lunch: Hard boiled egg sliced with some salt and pepper and a little ketchup on a slice of wheat bread, and a portion of Dole Light Mandarin oranges (15 oz), diced up, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: (1/4 slice of Frittata (made with 5 eggs with 3/4 cup milk), 2 slices of red, yellow and orange pepper strips diced, and 1/3 cup of Kraft Finely Shredded Colby and Monterey Jack cheese topped with California style onion powder, pepper and topped with sprinkle of parmesan shredded cheese and mozzarella with a slice of French bread toasted on the side, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of Hot Chocolate with French vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (2) Pepperidge Farms Milano lemon chocolate cookies; BT - 1 glass of water
