B - 1/2 Sara Lee Everything bagel toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, 1 cup of tea, and 1 glass of OJ, glass of milk; AB - 1 glass of water and 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; S- 25 Pretzel sticks for sodium intake, handful of popcorn, 10 Ruffles potato chips, slice of Provolone cheese, glass of ice tea; 1 glass of water; D - Barilla Campanelle pasta(1 of 6 meals made) with tomato sauce (1 small can) and Hot Italian sausage pieces with oregano and basil seasonings, topped with pepper and Kraft Two Cheese blend (grated Parmesan &, Romano cheeses), with a slice of Italian bread, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of Hot Chocolate with French vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (2) Pepperidge Farms Milano Raspberry chocolate cookies; Bedtime - 1 glass of water

B: Rice crispies with 14 blueberries and a little milk, and a cup of tea and OJ. AB: Cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of water; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; Lunch: Slice of Pepperjack cheese with a little mustard on a slice of wheat bread, and a portion of Delmonte pears, all diced up glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: (1) Gorton's Grilled Wild Salmon fillet (3.15 ounces) over a bed of orzo (1/4 cup) with diced peppers (2 each of red, green, orange and yellow), and all mixed with a splash of olive oil and lemon with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, with a slice of French bread toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of Hot Chocolate with French vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (2) Pepperidge Farms Milano orange chocolate cookies; BT - 1 glass of water

B: 1/2 Sara Lee Everything bagel toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, along with a cup of tea, glass of OJ; AB: Cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of water, 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; Lunch: Slice of Pepperjack cheese with a little mustard on a slice of wheat bread, and a portion of Delmonte pears, all diced up, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: (1/4 slice of Frittata (made with 5 eggs with 3/4 cup milk), 2 slices of red, yellow and orange pepper strips diced; and 1/3 cup of Mexican cheese mix and California onion powder topped with pepper with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of Hot Chocolate with French vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: Streusel cake; BT - 1 glass of water

B: Slice of French bread toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, and a cup of tea and OJ AB: Cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of water, 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge Lunch: Slice of Pepperjack cheese with a little mustard on a slice of wheat bread, and a portion of Delmonte pears, all diced up, glass of ice tea; glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: Michelina's Fettuccine Alfredo with half of 1/3 cup of peas with some shredded parmesan cheese mixed in, and topped with a little pepper and 2 teaspoons of Parmesan/Romano cheese, and a small slice of Italian bread with a little Country crock margarine, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of Hot Chocolate with French vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea and 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; D: Streusel cake; BT - 1 glass of water

RLW with the vacuum and back hurts today so no walk today...did some stretching instead

B: English muffin toasted with a little Country Crock margarine and cinnamon sugar, along with a cup of tea and OJ; AB: Cup of coffee with a little milk; 1 glass of water; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; Lunch: Slice of Pepperjack cheese with a little mustard on a slice of wheat bread, and a portion of Delmonte pears, all diced up, glass of ice tea; AL: glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: (2.5 ounces) of Egg noodles/Ditalini mix with half of one package of McCormick's brown gravy (mixed with 1 1/2 cup of water) and 2/3 cups of peas and carrots (so 1/3 cup for each of us on our plate) topped with salt and pepper, and 2 teaspoons of Parmesan/Romano cheese, with a sprinkle of salt, pepper, onion powder and basil, with a slice of Oroweat Italian bread toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of Hot Chocolate with French vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (2) Pepperidge Farms Milano orange chocolate cookies; BT - 1 glass of water
