Weigh in today holding steady at 112.5

B - Oroweat Italian bread toasted with Smucker's cherries preserves on half slice, and Smucker's strawberry jelly on other three halves of bread, 1 cup of tea, and 1 glass of OJ, glass of milk; AB - 1 glass of water and 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; S- 25 Pretzel sticks for sodium intake, handful of popcorn, 12 Lays potato chips, slice of Provolone cheese, glass of ice tea; 1 glass of water; D - (2 small) Michelina's manicotti topped with a little crushed red pepper flakes, and 2 teaspoons of Parmesan cheese, with a slice of Oroweat bread toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, and a glass of ice tea; AD - cup of Hot Chocolate with French vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (2) Pepperidge Farms Milano Raspberry chocolate cookies; Bedtime - 1 glass of water

10 Minute Solution Slim & Sculpt Pilates with Pilates Band with Suzanne Bowen, Total Body Pilates and Flexibility workout

B: Eggo waffle toasted with a little margarine and cinnamon sugar, and a cup of tea and OJ. AB: Cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of water; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; Lunch: Chicken of the Sea tuna (4 oz can) mixed with lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil with 20 small half slices of Lindsay black olives, diced pepper strips (3 each) of red, green, orange and red, and a sprinkle of California onion powder, Oregano, and black pepper on a slice of wheat bread and a portion of Delmonte Peaches, diced up, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: (2) Gorton's Crunchy Breaded Fish Fillets (Alaska Pollock) with lemon and topped with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese each one on 2 slices of French bread toasted each topped with a half slice of Munster cheese, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of Hot Chocolate with French vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: Streusel cake; BT - 1 glass of water
