B - (2) Slices of split top white bread with a little Smucker's cherry preserves, cup of tea, and 2 glasses of OJ, glass of milk; AB - 1 glass of water and 1 Lifesaver candy, 1 lozenge; S- 25 Pretzel sticks for sodium intake, handful of popcorn, 12 Lays potato chips, slice of Provolone cheese, glass of ice tea; 1 glass of water; D - (2 small) Michelina's manicotti topped with a little crushed red pepper, and 2 teaspoons of Parmesan cheese, with a slice of Oroweat bread toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, and a glass of ice tea; AD - cup of coffee with a little milk; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 Lifesaver candies; D: (2) Pepperidge Farms Milano Raspberry chocolate cookies; Bedtime - 1 glass of water

Lara Hudson's 10 Minute Solutions Rapid Results Pilates Waist Slimmer and Slim and Sleek Stretch for a 20 minute workout

B: Eggo waffle toasted with a little margarine and cinnamon sugar, and a cup of tea and OJ. AB: Glass of ice coffee with a little sugar and vanilla creamer; 1 glass of water; 2 Lifesaver, 1 lozenge; Lunch: 1 slice of Pepperjack cheese on a slice of wheat bread with a little mustard, and a portion of Delmonte sliced peaches, diced up, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 2 Lifesavers; Dinner: Johnsonville Hot Italian sausage (82 gms) cut in half and each half in a Pillsbury crescent roll with a on a slice of Provolone cheese, rolled up and cooked in the oven, 2 crescent rolls on the side with a sprinkle of Kraft Parmesan Romano cheese and Mozzarella shredded cheese, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of coffee with a little milk; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 Lifesavers; D: No dessert; BT - 1 glass of water

B: Slice of split top white bread toasted with a little Smucker's Strawberry jelly, along with a cup of tea and OJ; AB: Glass of ice coffee with a little sugar and vanilla creamer; 1 glass of water; Lunch: Don't do a regular lunch on Saturday but a handful of popcorn, 25 Pretzel sticks for sodium intake, 10 small Lay's potato chips, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water; 2 Lifesaver candies; Dinner: (1/4 slice of Frittata (made with 5 eggs with 3/4 cup milk), 2 slices of red, yellow and orange pepper strips diced, and 1/3 cup of shredded mozzarella and 1/4 cup of shredded Parmesan topped with California style onion powder, pepper and topped with sprinkle of Parmesan shredded cheese and mozzarella, glass of ice tea; AD -cup of coffee with a little milk; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 Lifesaver candies; D: No dessert; BT - 1 glass of water
