Workout is walk to the office today

B: Bowl of Rice crispies with 12 blueberries with a little milk, and a cup of tea and OJ AB: Glass of water shared w/DH; 2 Lifesaver candies, Lunch: Slice of Swiss cheese on a slice of wheat bread toasted, glass of ice tea;; 2 Lifesaver candies; Dinner:Johnsonville Hot Italian sausage (82 gms) and sauteed pepper strips (red, green, orange, yellow) with a sprinkle of parmesan and mozzarella cheese in a tortilla, glass of ice tea; AD -cup of coffee with a little milk; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 Lifesaver candies; D: No dessert; BT - 1 glass of water
