B: Bowl of Rice crispies with 12 blueberries with a little milk, and a cup of tea and OJ AB: Glass of ice coffee with a little sugar and vanilla creamer; Glass of water; 2 Lifesaver candies; Lunch: Slice of Swiss cheese on a slice of toasted wheat bread, and a portion of Delmonte sliced peaches, diced up, glass of ice tea; 4 Lifesaver candies; Dinner: (1) Gorton's Grilled Wild Salmon fillet (3.15 ounces) over a bed of orzo (1/4 cup) with diced peppers (2 each of red, green, orange and yellow), and all mixed with a splash of olive oil and lemon with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, glass of ice tea; AD -cup of coffee with a little milk; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 Lifesaver candies; D: Pepperidge Farms Milk chocolate cookies( 2 cookies); BT - 1 glass of water

RLW with cleaning bathrooms and then cooking

B: Slice of split top white bread toasted with a little Smucker's Strawberry jelly, along with a cup of tea and OJ; AB: Glass of ice coffee with a little sugar and vanilla creamer; 1 glass of water; Lunch: Don't do a regular lunch on Saturday but a handful of popcorn, 25 Pretzel sticks for sodium intake, 10 Lay's potato chips, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water; 2 Lifesaver candies; Dinner: Swiss cheese sandwich (2 slices) on 2 slices of Oroweat Italian bread toasted with a little mustard, glass of ice tea; AD -cup of coffee with a little milk; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 Lifesaver candies; D: (2) Pepperidge Farms Milk chocolate cookies; BT - 1 glass of water

B - (1) slice of Oroweat Italian bread with Smucker's cherry preserves, cup of tea, and 2 glasses of OJ, glass of milk; AB - 1 glass of water; S- 25 Pretzel sticks for sodium intake, handful of popcorn, 12 Lays potato chips, slice of Provolone cheese, glass of ice tea; 1 glass of water; 3 Lifesaver candies; D - 1/4 serving of Italian Pasta Bake (made with 3 cups of mezze penne pasta, 24 ozs spaghetti sauce, 1/3 cup of Kraft Parmesan/Romano cheese, and 1 1/2 cups Kraft mozzarella cheese, and topped with Parmesan/Romano cheese and a slice of Oroweat Italian bread with a little Country Crock margarine, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of coffee with a little milk; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 Lifesaver candies; D: (2) Pepperidge Farms Milk chocolate cookies; Bedtime - 1 glass of water

B: Eggo waffle toasted with a little margarine and cinnamon sugar, along with a cup of tea and OJ; AB: Glass of ice coffee with a little sugar and vanilla creamer; 2 Lifesavers; Glass of water; AB: Lunch: Slice of Swiss cheese with a little mustard on a slice of wheat bread toasted and a portion of Delmonte sliced pears, diced up, glass of ice tea; AL: glass of water, 3 Lifesaver candies; Dinner: HH with VEGETABLES: HH Mexican Cheesy Enchilada Rice and Cheesy sauce mix and topping mix with 1/2 cup of diced fresh red pepper, green, orange and yellow peppers, 1/2 cup of frozen yellow corn mixed in, a can of S& W chili beans added (1/8 of mixture) in a flour tortilla topped with a little Special sauce (Tapatio sauce and ketchup mix), with a pinch of Parmesan, mozzarella cheese with a tortilla on the side with some homemade hot sauce, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of coffee with a little milk; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 Lifesaver candies; D: Pepperidge Farms Milk chocolate cookies( 2 cookies); BT - 1 glass of water
