10 Minute Solutions Slim and Sculpt Pilates with band with Suzanne Bowen. Upper body Pilates and Pilates for Flexibility.

B: Eggo waffle toasted with a little margarine and cinnamon sugar and a cup of tea and OJ. AB: Glass of ice coffee with a little sugar and vanilla creamer; 1 glass of water; 2 Lifesavers, Lunch: 3 Slices of Gallo Salame Deli Thin Sliced with a little mustard on a slice of wheat bread toasted and a portion of Delmonte sliced pears, diced up, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 2 Lifesavers; Dinner:(1) Gorton's Grilled Wild Salmon fillet (3.15 ounces) over a bed of orzo (1/4 cup) with diced peppers (2 each of red, green, orange and yellow), and all mixed with a splash of olive oil and lemon with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of coffee with a little milk; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 Lifesavers; D: Pepperidge Farms Milk lemon/chocolate cookies( 2 cookies); BT - 1 glass of water

B: Slice of split top white bread toasted with a little strawberry jelly, along with a cup of tea, glass of OJ; AB: Glass of ice coffee with a little sugar and vanilla creamer; 1 glass of water; 2 Lifesavers Lunch: 3 Slices of Gallo Salame Deli Thin Sliced with a little mustard on a slice of wheat bread toasted and a portion of Delmonte Lite Pear halves sliced and diced up, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 3 Lifesaver candies; Dinner: 1/8 porton of mini farfalle topped with brown gravy, with a slice of Oroweat Italian bread toasted, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of coffee with a little milk; 1 glass of ice tea, 3 Lifesaver candies; D: No dessert; BT - 1 glass of water

B: Eggo waffle with a little margarine and cinnamon sugar, and a cup of tea and OJ; AB: Glass of ice coffee with a little sugar and vanilla creamer; 1 glass of water; 2 Lifesavers, Lunch: 2 Slices of Gallo Salame Deli Thin Sliced with a little mustard on a slice of wheat bread toasted and a portion of Delmonte Lite Pear halves sliced and diced up, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 3 Lifesaver candies; Dinner: (2 small) Michelina's manicotti topped with a little black pepper, and 2 teaspoons of Parmesan cheese, with a slice of Oroweat bread toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, and a glass of ice tea; AD - cup of Cup of coffee w/a little milk and sugar; 1 glass of ice tea and 1 glass of water, 2 Lifesaver candies; D: Pepperidge Farms Milk lemon/chocolate cookies( 2 cookies) ; BT - 1 glass of water

Walking for shopping is workout for today

B: Eggo waffle with a little margarine and cinnamon sugar, and a cup of tea and OJ; Glass of water shared with D/H; 2 Lifesavers; Lunch: 4 Slices of Gallo Salame Deli Thin Sliced with a little mustard on a slice of wheat bread toasted and a portion of Delmonte Lite Pear halves sliced and diced up, glass of ice tea; 4 Lifesaver candies; Dinner: Michelina's Fettuccine Alfredo with half of 1/3 cup of peas with some shredded parmesan cheese mixed in, and topped with a little pepper and 2 teaspoons of Parmesan/Romano cheese, glass of ice tea; AD -cup of coffee with a little milk; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 Lifesaver candies; D: No dessert; BT - 1 glass of water

RLW with cleaning bathrooms, and standing for cleaning the peppers for 90 minutes....long drawn out process and I have 4 of them to do

B: Slice of split top white bread toasted with a little Smucker's Strawberry jelly, along with a cup of tea and OJ; AB: Glass of ice coffee with a little sugar and vanilla creamer; 1 glass of water; Lunch: Don't do a regular lunch on Saturday but a handful of popcorn, 25 Pretzel sticks for sodium intake, 12 Lay's potato chips, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water; 2 Lifesaver candies; Dinner: Egg salad sandwich on 2 slices of Oroweat Italian bread with a little ketchup and topped with a slice of Swiss cheese, glass of ice tea; glass of ice tea; AD -cup of coffee with a little milk; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 Lifesaver candies; D: Pepperidge Farms Milk lemon/chocolate cookies( 2 cookies); BT - 1 glass of water

B - (1) slice of Oroweat Italian bread toasted with Smucker's cherry preserves and 1 slice of Oroweat bread toasted with a little margarine and cinnamon sugar, cup of tea, and 2 glasses of OJ, glass of milk; AB - 1 glass of water; S- 25 Pretzel sticks for sodium intake, handful of popcorn, 12 Lays potato chips, slice of Munster cheese, glass of ice tea; 1 glass of water; 3 Lifesaver candies; D - 1/8 portion of mini farfalle with a little tomato sauce, basil and onion powder, with a slice of Oroweat Italian bread toasted, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of coffee with a little milk; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 Lifesaver candies; D: Pepperidge Farms Milk lemon/chocolate cookies( 2 cookies); Bedtime - 1 glass of water

AB: Glass of ice coffee with a little sugar and vanilla creamer; 1 glass of water; 2 Lifesavers, Lunch: Chicken of the Sea albacore white tuna (5 oz can, **however down to 3.5 oz by the time I picked all the brown stuff out of it) mixed with lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil with 25 small half slices of Lindsay black olives, diced pepper strips (4 each) of red, green, orange and red, and a sprinkle of California onion powder, Oregano, and black pepper on a slice of wheat bread, NO FRUIT THIS WEEK, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 2 Lifesavers; Dinner: (2) Gorton's Crunchy Breaded Fish Fillets (Alaska Pollock) with lemon and topped with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, with a serving of corn mixed with 2 slices of diced red, green, yellow and orange peppers for Mexicali corn, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of coffee with a little milk; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 Lifesavers; D: Pepperidge Farms Milk lemon/chocolate cookies( 2 cookies); BT - 1 glass of water
