RLW with cleaning bathrooms

B: Slice of split top white bread toasted with a little Strawberry jelly and a cup of tea and OJ; AB: Cup coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of water; Lunch: Don't do a regular lunch on Saturday but a handful of popcorn, 25 Pretzel sticks for sodium intake, 12 Lay's potato chips, slice of Pepperjack cheese, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water; 2 Lifesaver candies; Dinner: Chopped egg sandwich with California style onion powder, pepper and a bit of ketchup to mix on 2 slices of Homepride white bread toasted, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 Lifesaver candies; D: No dessert BT - 1 glass of water

B - (2) slices of Oroweat Italian bread toasted with a little margarine and cinnamon sugar, cup of tea, and 2 glasses of OJ, glass of milk; AB - 1 glass of water; S- 25 Pretzel sticks for sodium intake, handful of popcorn, 12 Lays potato chips, slice of Provolen cheese, glass of ice tea; 1 glass of water; 3 Lifesaver candies; D - 8 Cheese Ravioli with with to tomato sauce and topped with a littlle Kraft Parmesan/Romano cheese, with a slice of Oroweat Italian bread on the side, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 Lifesaver candies; D: Pepperidge Farms Milk orange/chocolate cookies( 2 cookies); Bedtime - 1 glass of water

AB: Cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of water; 2 Lifesavers, Lunch: Bumble Bee Prime Solid White Albacore tuna mixed with lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil with 25 small half slices of Lindsay black olives, diced pepper strips (4 each) of red, green, orange and red, and a sprinkle of California onion powder, Oregano, and black pepper on a slice of Oroweat Italian bread toasted, Delmonte mandarin oranges slices(15 oz can for week) in juice, and glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 2 Lifesavers; Dinner: Michelina fettuccine Alfredo with peas and a slice of Oroweat Italian bread toasted, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 Lifesavers; D: Pepperidge Farms Milk orange/chocolate cookies( 2 cookies); BT - 1 glass of water
