B: Slice of Home Pride white bread toasted with a little Smucker's Strawberry jelly and a cup of tea and OJ; AB: 1 glass of water; 2 Lifesavers Lunch: No regular lunch but a handful of popcorn, 25 Pretzel sticks for sodium intake, 12 Lay's potato chips, slice of Provolone cheese, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water; 2 Lifesaver candies; Dinner: 1/2 can of Campbell's tomato with rice soup shared w/DH, with a slice of Oroweat Italian bread toasted with a little margarine, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 Lifesaver candies; D: No dessert BT - 1 glass of water

B: Kellogg's corn flakes with a little milk and cinnamon sprinkled on top and a cup of tea and OJ; AB: 1 glass of water; 2 Lifesavers Lunch: Slice of Swiss cheese on a slice of Oroweat Italian bread toasted, and a portion of Delmonte Mandarin oranges (15 oz), glass of ice tea;; AL: Glass of water, 3 Lifesaver candies; Dinner: (1) Red Baron Deep Dish Supreme pizza (pepperoni, sausage, red and green peppers) topped with a little shredded Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea and 1 glass of water, 2 Lifesaver candies; D: No dessert; BT - 1 glass of water
