B - (1) slice of Oroweat Italian bread toasted with Smucker's Red Tart Cherry Fruit Spread, cup of tea, and glass of OJ, glass of milk; AB - 1 glass of water; S- Popcorn, 25 Pretzel sticks for sodium intake, 12 Lays potato chips, slice of Swiss cheese, glass of ice tea; 1 glass of water; 3 Lifesaver candies; D - Angel hair pasta with clams and topped with tomato sauce, glass of Beringer's white zinfandel, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 Lifesaver candies; D: Slice of cherry pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top; Bedtime - 1 glass of water

B: Corn flakes with a little cinnamon sugar and a little milk, along with a cup of tea, glass of OJ; AB: Cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of water; 3 Lifesavers Lunch: Slice of Swiss cheese on a slice of wheat bread toasted, and glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water; 4 Lifesaver candies; Dinner: (2 slices) of Pizza topped with (2 slices from 8 slice pizza) Homemade Pizza (homemade crust) topped with 8 ounces of tomato sauce, 4 ounces of Sargento Chef Blends 5 Cheese Italian (shredded natural mozzarella, Romano, Fontina, Asiago & Parmesan Cheese), Kraft mozzarella cheese(6 ounces) and 3 ounces of Parmesan cheese, Gallo pepperoni (30 slices over whole pizza, 20 small Lindsay black olive halves), a little Pompeian Extra Virgin olive oil, oregano seasoning, California onion powder with parsley, basil) and topped with salt, pepper, and a teaspoon of Romano/Parmesan cheese on top, a glass of ice tea; AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 3 Lifesaver candies; D: No dessert too full; BT - 1 glass of water
