No workout this a.m. dentist appointment

B: Rice Crispies with blueberries and milk, and a cup of tea and OJ; AB: 1 glass of water; 0Lifesavers Lunch: NONE; AL: Glass of water, 0 Lifesaver candies; Dinner: 1/2 can of tomato soup shared w/DH, slice of Oroweat Italian bread toasted lightly and put in soup, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea and 1 glass of water, 0 Lifesaver candies; D: Last slice of Sara Lee French style strawberry cheesecake; BT - 1 glass of water

Vacuuming today

B: Eggo waffle with a little margarine lightly toased and a cup of tea and OJ; AB: Cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk;; Glass of water; Lunch: Slice of Monterey Jack cheese with some Gulden's mustard on a slice of Oroweat Italian bread toasted, and a portion of Delmonte Sliced Pears Halves and a glass of ice tea; AL: Glass of water, 0 Lifesaver candies; Dinner: Homemade manicotti topped with Parmesan/Romano cheese with a slice of Oroweat bread toasted, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 0 Lifesaver candies; D: No dessert; BT - 1 glass of water
