RLW of dusting

B: Slice of Home Pride white bread toasted with a little strawberry jelly, along with a cup of tea, glass of OJ; AB: Cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of water; 3 Lifesavers Lunch: Slice of Sargento pepperjack cheese on a slice of wheat bread toasted,and a portion of Dole Mandarin oranges (15 oz) and glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water; 4 Lifesaver candies; Dinner: Egg noodles mixed wtih ditalini topped with bronw gravy and a slice of Oroweat Italian bread toasted, glass of ice tea; , glass of ice tea; AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 3 Lifesaver candies; D: No dessert; BT - 1 glass of water

Mari Windsor's 20 minute Pilates workout

B: Slice of HomePride bread with a little strawberry jelly, and a cup of tea and OJ; AB: 1 glass of water; 2 Lifesavers Lunch: Slice of Provolone cheese (skipped Pepperjack with going to the doctor, just in case it started to bother me) on a slice of wheat bread toasted, and and a portion of Dole Mandarin oranges (15 oz) and glass of ice tea; AL: Glass of water, 3 Lifesaver candies; Dinner: 21 Tortellini's (small) with tomato sauce and a slice of Oroweat Italian bread toasted, glass of ice tea; ; AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea and 1 glass of water, 2 Lifesaver candies; D: Slice of strawberry cheesecake pie; BT - 1 glass of water

B: Rice Crispies with blueberries and milk, and a cup of tea and OJ; AB: Cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk;; Glass of water; Lunch: Slice of Pepperjack cheese on a slice of wheat bread toasted, and a portion of Dole Mandarin oranges (15 oz) and glass of ice tea; AL: Glass of water, 3 Lifesaver candies; Dinner: (1) Red Baron Deep Dish Supreme pizza (pepperoni, sausage, red and green peppers) (163 gms) topped with a little shredded Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 Lifesaver candies; D: 2 Pepperidge Farms chocolate/raspberry cookies; BT - 1 glass of water

B: Slice of Home Pride white bread toasted with a little Smucker's Strawberry jelly and a cup of tea and OJ; AB: 1 glass of water; 2 Lifesavers Lunch: No regular lunch but a handful of popcorn, 25 Pretzel sticks for sodium intake, 12 Lay's potato chips, remaining portion of Dole Mandarin oranges, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water; 2 Lifesaver candies; Dinner: 1/2 can of tomato soup shared w/DH and topped with some oysterettes slice of Oroweat Italian bread toasted with a little margarine, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 Lifesaver candies; D: 2 Pepperidge Farms chocolate/raspberry cookies; BT - 1 glass of water
