B: Slice of Home Pride white bread toasted with a little Smucker's strawberry jelly and a cup of tea and OJ; AB: 1 glass of water; 3 Lifesavers Lunch: Snack lunch with Popcorn, pretzels, potato chips and slice of Provolone cheese, and a glass of ice tea;; AL: 1 glass of water; 4 Lifesaver candies; Dinner: 1/2 can of tomato soup shared w/DH with some Oysterettes in the soup, slice of Oroweat Italian bread toasted with a little margarine, glass of ice tea AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 3 Lifesaver candies; D: No dessert; BT - 1 glass of water

B - Eggo waffle toasted with Red Tart Cherry spread on it, cup of tea, and glass of OJ, glass of milk; AB - 1 glass of water; S- 25 Pretzel sticks for sodium intake, 12 Lays potato chips, slice of Provolone cheese, glass of ice tea; 1 glass of water; 4 Lifesaver candies; D -Tortellin's in sauce topped with Parmesan/Romano cheese with a slice of Oroweat bread toasted, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 3 Lifesaver candies; D: No dessert; Bedtime - 1 glass of water

Suzanne Bowen and her Pilates workouts: Slim and Sculpt Pilates with band 10 minute workouts to shape the abs(third week) and Pilates for Flexibility will be added to each of the weekly workouts also; for a 20 minute workout.

B: Slice of Homepride bread with a little margarine and cinnamon sugar and a cup of tea and OJ; AB: Cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of water; 3 Lifesavers Lunch: Bumble Bee Prime Solid White Albacore tuna mixed with lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil with 30 small half slices of Lindsay black olives, diced pepper strips (4 each) of red, green, orange and red, and a sprinkle of California onion powder, Oregano, and black pepper on a slice of Oroweat Italian bread toasted, and a portion of Delmonte Lite Peaches (shared w/DH) and a glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water; 4 Lifesaver candies; Dinner: (1) Gorton's Grilled Wild Salmon fillet (3.15 ounces) over a bed of orzo (1/4 cup) with diced peppers (2 each of red, green, orange and yellow), and all mixed with a splash of olive oil and lemon with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, glass of ice tea;AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 3 Lifesaver candies; D: No dessert; BT - 1 glass of water
