7:00am- 1 cup multi-grain cheerios, 1 cup fat free milk

10:40am- 1 whole egg, 3 egg whites, 1 medium gala apple

12:45pm- whole wheat pasta, with lean beef tomato sauce, 1 low fat string cheese

2:30pm- half cup of yams, half peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat bread

4:45pm- 1 whole egg, 1 low fat string cheeese

7:00pm- half bowl of white rice, cabbage onion egg omelet, shrimp

8:00am- 1 cup of multi grain cheerios, 1 cup fat free milk, 5 almonds

10:00am- 1 whole egg, 3 egg whites, 1 gala apple

12:30pm- whole wheat pasta, lean meat sauce with mushrooms and zuchinni

2:15pm- salad with romaine, garbanzo beans, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, corn, salmon, and vinegar sesame soy dressing

4:30pm- half peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat bread, 1 whole egg

(6:15pm- jogging/walking for 4.5 miles for 1hour 15 minutes)

8:00pm- half small bowl of white rice, 2 baked chicken drumsticks, small bowl vegetable soup
