Perfect Pullup/Pushup

Post by jms_0013 »

I saw a show thingy on these things and it really looks like it would work but if was actually worth it. Does anyone use these? I want money to go to something good that will work.

not better then normal push ups

get a long bar and a lot of plates and work your deadlift up to 2 x your bodyweight

that will definately work

The local warehouse club was selling a knock off for $15.00 per pair. I usually use those short push up bars so that I don't have to bend hand back so far during the push-ups. These were cheaper. I don't have any use for the swivel mechanism however.

I have a pair of the perfect pushup bars. I like being able to rotate arms during pushups. Don't know if that makes them more effective.
