Hey. Remember the "Biggest Loser" show. I wish we could win that same amount on losing weight, without being a part of that show. http://www.aspirefcu.org/blog/life-advi ... se-weight/" target="_blank Well this blog says that we can do it and I feel if we can really do that, then I'm surely gonna reduce weight. Cause what I mostly need is a good motivation. What do you guys say? Would you go for any such challenge?
