Hi, I have been training for 7 years martial arts and in opinion (what body said me) is that yoga is perfect, at least if you combine this with an explosive activity as kung fu, karate, football... I think that if your master of yoga is good, is not only about joints and flexibility, you can have other benefits as the nervous system, mind (which controls the body and create your personal drugs :D) better for all the internal organs as pancreas, liver...etc

If the body works better inside, you will be better outside (like the spot says in the TV of gym).

On the other hand I haven't study about joints as swanso, so I can't say that what it worked for me will work for every single man or woman.

Sorry for English:P

Because we are lack of Determination, Practice, Passion and Coaching.

Coaching is very important to become an elite in athlete as well as in personal training or Personal Trainer Business because in coaching we been guide with expertise and passion. Base on principles with experienced coaches i think we can be an elite.
