Post by aries22 »

I am tryna drop BFP, and gain some strength in arms are legs:

Here are 2 programs I found:

http://www.bodybuilding.com/content/you ... rowth.html

http://www.muscleandfitness.com/trainin ... ght-week-1

Out of these two, which is a a better choice?
I tried Day 1 today and it was way too easy (of the 2nd link)...What would you chose if you had too?

Look fwd to all of ur wonderful opinions

Also some info about me:

Looking to get more toned, and appreciate all the info, suggestions or if you had other plans that worked FAB in the past..

Hi Aries, good to talk to you.

I couldn't access the second link for some reason and as for the top one that is done by a pro bodybuilder, so it should not be attempted by relative novices because it would be too hard.

I don't understand your second post about trying to curb things, as it looks like you want to be more tired and or sore and if so, DOMS, Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness and fatigue, can be a sign if a full workout, but also over-training and if you don't get DOMS like I don't or a lot of fatigue, that doesn't automatically mean a workout is

A: too easy

B: not good enough.

So I am not sure what you mean by your second post.

I'm with the BossMan on this one. The first link is incredibly advanced and could cause injury if you're not accustomed to burnouts. I do have a concern with the second link though. It requires a significant amount of equipment to accomplish. If you are at a gym this may cause trouble due to a lack of availability. If you have the equipment at home go for it. You can always check out weighted calisthenics as well. Best of luck now get after it!
