Hi,
I usually do about 10 minutes of stretching exercises after workout. However, sometimes I am in a hurry and I cannot do stretching.
Is there a problem if I do stretching several hours after the workout? Would it have the same effect?

It might have the same effect potentially , but if you are not careful you perhaps might cause an issue if the muscles have cooled down. So just make sure your technique is good.
