how to incorporate with wrestling
hey ive been on the wrestling team for about a week and we've been doing some very intense conditioning and lifting, but we mainly focus on more compound exercises (squats, cleans, bench presses) and this is fine, but id prefer if i could also devise own added workout once a week just so i can work other muscles more deeply, so is it ok if maybe i do a full body workout once a week in one day??? i cant really do anything else due to time and our 6 day a week training
