This is an admirable lady that runs a lot for her weight. It is something to be admired and i enjoyed hearing her story. but that being said, they said even though she is running a LOT of miles her weight is stable and she wasn't losing.. She had lost some weight i don't know how much though but now it's stable.

I'm not saying heavy people shouldn't do it though. Life is too short to not try things... Which is something I am learning myself. I also use to really like to run and i think still would if i could quit having injuries!

just know that you still have to watch your diet AND if you are quite heavy you are risking injury which they really didn't talk about that i remember. :)
